Grand Opening Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of this giveaway (the "Promotion") is Lester Glenn Chevrolet of Old Bridge, located at 1292 Route 9 S, Old Bridge, NJ 08857 ("Sponsor"). The prize is furnished by Optimum Media LLC ("Prize Provider"). The Promotion is administered by Sponsor.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the State of New Jersey who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Time on July 27, 2026 and ends at 8:00 PM Eastern Time on August 30, 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Sponsor's computer or designated timekeeping device is the official timekeeper for the Promotion.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter, and both carry an equal chance of winning. No purchase is necessary to use either method.

Method 1: In person. Visit Lester Glenn Chevrolet of Old Bridge at the address in Section 1 during the Promotion Period, like and follow Lester Glenn Chevrolet of Old Bridge on Facebook and Instagram, and complete an official entry form with your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Deposit the completed form in the designated entry box.

Method 2: Free mail-in entry (Alternate Method of Entry). Hand print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a sealed envelope with sufficient postage to: Grand Opening Giveaway, Lester Glenn Chevrolet of Old Bridge, 1292 Route 9 S, Old Bridge, NJ 08857. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received within five (5) business days after the end of the Promotion Period.

Limit: one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method. Multiple entries beyond the limit, entries generated by automated means, and entries submitted with incomplete or inaccurate information will be void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

The free mail-in method of entry (Method 2) does not require liking, following, sharing, or any other social media action, and it carries the same chance of winning as the in-person method.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about September 4, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information provided at entry, within three (3) business days of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, fails to return required documents within the time specified, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected by random drawing from remaining eligible entries, time permitting. A prize winner will not be required to pay or purchase anything to claim the prize.

7. Prize

One (1) prize consisting of two (2) suite tickets to the Harry Styles Together, Together Tour concert at Madison Square Garden, New York, NY, on September 19, 2026, at 8:00 PM, furnished by the Prize Provider. Only the item expressly described is included in the prize. Transportation to and from the venue, lodging, meals, parking, gratuities, and all other costs and expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The event is subject to the schedule, terms, and conditions of the venue and event organizer, and Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of the event. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, the Prize Provider, the venue, the event organizer, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries, or for any technical malfunction, error, or failure of any kind.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform. Any information provided by entrants is provided to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

12. Privacy and Marketing Consent

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy and will be used to administer the Promotion. On the entry form, entrants may optionally consent to be contacted by Lester Glenn Chevrolet of Old Bridge and its affiliates in the future by phone, email, mail, and SMS text regarding sales, service, and related offers and opportunities. Providing this consent is optional and is not a condition of entering or winning the Promotion. SMS text messaging consent is governed by the SMS Terms and Conditions at www.lesterglennchevroletoldbridge.com/sms-terms-and-conditions.htm; message and data rates may apply, and entrants may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by following the opt-out instructions provided in any communication. 13. Governing Law

This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

14. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Winner Request, Grand Opening Giveaway, Lester Glenn Chevrolet of Old Bridge, 1292 Route 9 S, Old Bridge, NJ 08857, to be received within sixty (60) days after the drawing date.
